We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. All appointments will be given a 10 min grace period ( please note this will be deducted from your appointment time). After 15 mins there will be a 50% cancellation fee. No showing for your service without notice will result in 100% service fee being charged and you may not be able to book services in the future. Our booking system sends out text/ email notifications in an effort to avoid these situations.
